MultiChek provides a cloud service for sales, inventory, staff, finance, and reports for small businesses.

2. Which data we collect

  • Account data: name, email, and password in protected form.
  • Company data: business name, stores, employees, and roles.
  • Work data: products, sales, inventory operations, finance, and reports.
  • Technical data: IP address, device type, session details, and cookies.
  • Support requests: messages, questions, and data needed to help.

3. Why we use data

  • To create an account, authorize the user, and provide service access.
  • To show sales, stock, reports, and other information inside the account.
  • To protect accounts, separate employee permissions, and prevent abuse.
  • To answer requests, help with setup, and improve the product.
  • To meet legal requirements when they apply to the service.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use necessary cookies for sign-in, security, and saving user settings. Optional cookies and analytics are used only after user consent.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by infrastructure, authorization, hosting, email notification, and support providers when needed for MultiChek to work.

6. Storage and protection

We apply technical and organizational safeguards: authorization sessions, role separation, company-level access limits, and logging of important actions.

7. User rights

A user may request access to their data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or withdrawal of consent for optional cookies.

8. Policy changes

We may update this policy when the product, law, or data processing changes. The current version is always available on this page.
